Rental Rates for Whitaker & Atlantic

Monday – Thursday $1,000 for 5 hour minimum*
Friday $3,600*
Saturday $4,600*
Sunday $3,000*

Additional charges:

  • 20% fee to cover rental delivery, table and chair set up, and day of Facility Manager to be on site for your event

  • Valet parking is required for events over 100 people and usually adds $450 to the cost of the event; Whitaker & Atlantic will arrange this for you

  • Bridal Suite with private powder room

  • Up to 12 hours* in the space on the day of the event

  • 3,500 sq ft main room with additional 1,000 sq ft in mezzanine

  • 1,400 sq ft covered open air patio which runs the length of the main room

  • 3 glass garage doors that open to covered open air patio

  • 1 – 36” round “cake” table

  • 15 – 60” round tables with seating for 8-10 per table

  • 3 – 30” cocktail tables

  • 200 mid-century wooden German chairs

  • 7 leather barstools

  • 2 mid-century sofas with cocktail tables and stools

  • Digital projector with 200” screen

  • State of the art sound system

  • 1 wireless microphone

  • Coat rack and hangers

  • One hour rehearsal in space

  • Fully wheelchair accessible
